I applied for this apartment back in April, and a month has passed without hearing if I'm accepted or rejected. Nobody is responding to my phone calls or emails that I send every week asking for updates. Nobody is responding to my phone calls or emails that I send every week asking for updates. After two weeks of waiting, they blamed my current landlord for not verifying my residence. I provided them with emails, fax numbers, and more phone numbers to contact my former landlord but haven't heard from them since. I was forced to sign a lease elsewhere because I couldn't risk being homeless. It's unbelievably unprofessional and possibly even illegal to provide a move-in date, apartment number, and fees and then lead someone on for a month with no answer. I'm attempting to figure out how to report them, either to the city or the Better Business Bureau, in the hope of getting my security deposit refunded. more ... hide ...

Horrible Terrible We moved in to a nice place on December 15th we moved into the 17th floor and our neighbor burned up her kitchen The sprinklers destroyed our bed and furniture and so much of our clothes They came in and started construction telli Horrible Terrible We moved in to a nice place on December 15th we moved into the 17th floor and our neighbor burned up her kitchen The sprinklers destroyed our bed and furniture and so much of our clothes They came in and started construction telling us we had to get up and leave and move out or we had to live in the appt with dry wall being taken out lead paint exposed and all of our counters and sinks are being taken out Since we moved in just about a month ago our renters Insurance hadnt kicked in until February first So they have refused to give us our money back when he paid months of rent in advance up to 1800 They wont provide us a place to stay until its repaired in mid march They wont even cover the damages to our furniture or clothes including genuine expensive clothing and accessories Yes they are nice and affordable but in crisis The manager doesnt take action and people get screwed over more ... hide ...
