My neighbors told me they had seen twenty mice and that their place was in terrible shape, with blinds torn apart and clutter on their back porches. Things had gotten progressively worse over the years, leaving me no choice but to move. The mice had spread throughout the units, no matter how clean yours was. I have photos and videos to prove that my residence was kept tidy. One of the neighbors' blinds looks like this: BEWARE!!! I was really looking forward to moving into a 2 bedroom apartment with them The office staff was polite and I had no issues I thought everything was great and I was finally getting me and my kids in a better place then the one we are in Because I reaI was really looking forward to moving into a 2 bedroom apartment with them The office staff was polite and I had no issues I thought everything was great and I was finally getting me and my kids in a better place then the one we are in Because I really like their apartments they seemed really nice to me They took my application fee AND reservation fee I wait a month for the tenant to move out then they make me wait an additional month almost to have the unit inspected After the inspectionwhich failed I get a call from them saying they are canceling my application do to a couple judgments on my record Well In the beginning I told one of the office staff that yes I did have 2 judgments from a little while ago on there I was very furious because thats something You look at in the beginning They should had denied me in the beginning instead of taking me through the entire process and right when Im suppose to move in they cancel my application That is very UNPROFESSIONAL and was a complete waste of my timemore ...hide ...

I was a good tennant and kept open commucation with the management upon choosing not to renew my lease and move out I was struck with the amount of fees they were trying to charge me Charged me for 2 sofas I didnt have even provided them with pictureI was a good tennant and kept open commucation with the management upon choosing not to renew my lease and move out I was struck with the amount of fees they were trying to charge me Charged me for 2 sofas I didnt have even provided them with pictures and they removed only those charged me 300 dollars in cleaning fees claiming there was engine oil on the floor That is double their documented cleaning fee in the resident agreement forms and they even listed it as such in the cleaning fee Two 150 dollar fees I tried speaking to them about this and they didnt care So now I supposedly owe them 100 dollars after them taking my deposit On top of that management keep saying they were trying to get google fiber and they said that for the full two years I was there Other people in my complex would start playing loud music at 5am on the dot Management always claimed they were looking into it but they never did The only good thing I could say is the Apartment was nice and had a washer and dryermore ...hide ...

After moving into this apt , Themanagement changed. It seems that I am being discriminated and harassed, for my company. They also accuse my company and family members of living here. I asked why she believed that, and her response was \"BECAUSE I SEE HER HERE OFTEN.\".I AM A 69 year old male with Prostate Cancer that has spread to my bones and lymph nodes. I am terminal. I am receiving Chemo, and take a lot of medications. I am so glad that I have family and friends to come visit and cook, etc for me. There are several other incidents that a discrimination lawsuit is applicable. All these actions by management is not conducive to my health.
