My Mom resides here and it is a disorganized mess. There is no upkeep team here, so a great many repairs are not handled, and the property manager has been discourteous and nonchalant to my elderly mother on different events. There is no upkeep team here, so a great many repairs are not handled, and the property manager has been discourteous and nonchalant to my elderly mother on different events. As of late, the renter living above my mother let his sinks flood and inundate the unit which likewise significantly harmed my mother's loft beneath. My mother can't cook or use her kitchen by any means. The flood recuperation team has gear and fans everywhere on her unit and my mother is gravely inconvenienced. When she asked about a refresh on the procedure, the aloof woman overseeing the spot said she didn't have the foggiest idea about it. What's more, it's 4 days after the fact! That CANNOT be valid. There is no genuineness, feeling of earnestness, nor polished methodology in the way things are managed for the tenants and I caution everybody with all that I have to keep away from this area. Most of the tenants are decent… yet that is the main motivation behind why we can even give one star. My mother pays her lease on schedule every month… she is truly amiable and sensible and she merits much better, so it's an ideal opportunity to get up. more ... hide ...
