I am fond of the design and arrangement of these townhomes. Nonetheless, some of the townhomes need to be modernized, such as their fittings, shade of paint, and appliances. There are many children and young adults roaming about, either playing or simply loitering, but generally they keep to themselves. The park area needs extensive improvement, with overgrown weeds, one swing missing, a seat absent from the seesaw, and the dinosaur sculpture having been dead for a few years. It could use new equipment and mulch. I would love to have an area where the young adults can congregate, rather than hanging out in the driveways and front entrance. Perhaps there should be more seating areas in the park. The issue of overflowing trash appears to have been resolved, but the maintenance staff is drastically understaffed, causing many things to be neglected. The pool has been closed since 2018 after the renovation, and it has just been reopened this year, which I haven't had the chance to visit yet. The rooms are quite spacious, and even have extra space in the basement. All in all, I strongly believe these apartments need a full renovation. more ... hide ...
