When we arrived with our bags and 7-month old baby at noon, they told us it would not be ready until 3 PM; leaving us to wait in the sun with a baby for hours even though I had already paid rent for that day. The ventilation system is inadequate, as other tenants smoke marijuana from morning to night and the smell infiltrates our apartment through the air conditioning system. With no way of avoiding it, we are now passive marijuana smokers - including my infant! The office staff does nothing about this issue except play on their phones when I complain. DO NOT RENT HERE because you do not want your family exposed to this unhealthy situation! After four days, I sent my family away to stay with my mother while I find another place next month to move them into. Even worse was when after signing a contract they changed it from short term lease to one year without telling me - meaning an early termination fee will have to be paid if I leave before then. The filthiest, ugliest apartment imaginable; broken items everywhere, toilet flush water leaks all over; closet doors falling off; balcony unusable...I have complained multiple times but they just ignore me while playing on their phones!more ...hide ...

Applied didnt get approved that finebut why keep my 300 for 30 days doesnt make much sense People have other places to apply for why keep a deposit for 30 days I need that money to look for another place I feel robbed

I have been a resident of Canyon Creek Apartments since March of 2019 after a few months of staying here I began to notice a dripping sound so I called maintenance they concluded the it was water coming inside from outdoors so they put some cox to reI have been a resident of Canyon Creek Apartments since March of 2019 after a few months of staying here I began to notice a dripping sound so I called maintenance they concluded the it was water coming inside from outdoors so they put some cox to repair However a few weeks later the same problem occurred I contacted the office to report the problem they sent someone else out to take a look that maintenance man applied more cox to what was suppose to be the problem However the same problem was still happening so they sent out another maintenance man and he went outside I had to point out to him the clearly the problem wasnt outside but more than likely from the above apartment The maintenance man went to check and found a frozen condenser that had caused a leak to my apartment I was told that day in July 2018 that they would be back to fix the damage done to my apartment Today Jan 6 2020 my apartment still hasnt been fixed I have made several requestsmore ...hide ...

The necessary repairs for a improved appearance are being made they are even treating a few of the apartments for asbestos. Im not an expert on asbestos removal but it seems like if even one apartment needed asbestos removal why wouldnt they all need it? It appears the management is biased towards the current residence. If their social background doesnt meet the the criteria theyre being encouraged to vacate through various methods. lack of necessary repairs , disregarding the current lease agreements left by former management regardless of their length of stay or rental history to name a few. Appearances arent what they seem the rents going up but the problems remain the same. The attempt has been made to clean this apartment complex up in the past the failure most likely cost the investors money. I wonder if this company will succeed where others could not.more ...hide ...
