Michelle was the manager when I lived there, and though she was quite relaxed, the co-manager Connie was alright. I had a bug issue, which I took care of myself. The area is somewhat rough, but if you mostly stay at home and remain unnoticed, you won't have any issues. People do tend to enter apartments unannounced, but the inside of the apartment has potential despite the bathroom being inside the bedroom. There are not many amenities, but it is an economical option. There is a pool, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in it! All in all, it's okay. You could survive a year here if you need a stable place, but I wouldn't recommend it as a long-term home. more ... hide ...

We have only one maintenance man, and things needing to be fixed have been sitting there for two years - and they only fix the issues we pay for. There's no place for the children to play, and Connie has at times used profane language against them for being too loud during summer holidays. I have also seen her out in the middle of the night, intoxicated, waking people up and instigating arguments. She even had my car towed away after I had paid $800 for the tags to make it road worthy, even though my vehicle had been taken off the list. But because my girlfriend spoke up for our son, our car was taken away. We have been dealing with an overwhelming number of roaches. At times, the nearby Family Dollar store is completely out of raid, or even the cheap products. Every morning, I wake up to find trash and drug addicts getting drunk before the store opens, and I'm paying over $700 monthly. I know people who should be evicted, but Connie chooses favorites. If you anger her, you're out. If you try to butter her up, it'll only last a couple of weeks and then you're gone. more ... hide ...
