I want to start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the City of Kinloch I love the City of Kinloch and have lived here for over a year and a half now However the Suburban Heights Apartments are not safe and should not be advertised as st I want to start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the City of Kinloch I love the City of Kinloch and have lived here for over a year and a half now However the Suburban Heights Apartments are not safe and should not be advertised as student housingnnAs an UMSL student I moved to Suburban Heights because the rent was cheap and the location was close to campus In the year and a half that I have lived here it has become increasingly more violent within the gates of the apartments and there are very few students who actually live here I would not recommend this place to any student at UMSL and I hope serious changes are made I will not be renewing my lease and am hoping to move out early The police are constantly called and I fear for my safety in my own homennI will say that the leasing agent and maintenance staff are all very welcoming and kind people I think they simply do not have enough resources to be able to handle the kinds of things that happen here more ... hide ...

This place has got to be reported to Fox 2 and needs to be investigated Someone needs to go out and interview the tenants at this location for the horrible conditions these tenants face There is no maintenance on duty trash sat in the complex for se This place has got to be reported to Fox 2 and needs to be investigated Someone needs to go out and interview the tenants at this location for the horrible conditions these tenants face There is no maintenance on duty trash sat in the complex for several weeks the office help is very rude and disrespectful to the tenants and claims hes had previous problems in other locations of work The landlord Chris Burgin agrees with his office help and allows him to be available for the office as he please Several of my family members live here and need the push for someone to help them with exposing whats going on inside this complex So far they cant get anymore deliveries from Uber Doordarsh or any other companies for unknown reason It could be because the gates surely never properly work and tenants are having issues getting in and out Do Not Rent from this place if you are about decency more ... hide ...
