Ok....so Dena is gone. Bonus. But my rent has gone up over $80 in the 3 years that I have been here but without any real justification as to why. We have a revolving maintenance staff that management cant seem to keep happy. They are constantly quitting. Building and parking lot preventative maintenance hasnt been done the entire time I have been here. Now I have a bed bug issue for the first time in my life. The apartment has been heat treated once which didnt fix the issue. Now my kids and I are being blamed for \"bringing them back in \" when Im pretty sure the treatment done less than 10 days ago never worked. This has happened before to a couple living in a different unit. They refuse to check the adjoining apartments. Its all a bunch of BS. So management has decided to do nothing until I find the source. If you have other options, do not lease from this place.more ...hide ...
