Ive lived here for two years and I have no complaints at all Penny is just the sweetest most understanding leasing manager you could ask for Highly recommend this place

This is a great starter apartment my boyfriend and I lived in the 1B for a year then the 2B for almost 2 years Cost is very reasonable for everything you get The pool is a bit small especially considering there is lots of children in this complex but This is a great starter apartment my boyfriend and I lived in the 1B for a year then the 2B for almost 2 years Cost is very reasonable for everything you get The pool is a bit small especially considering there is lots of children in this complex but the pond is gorgeous and very well taken care of Maintenance and management are very on top of fixing issues around the complex or in the apartment I was in contact mostly with Penny and she is wonderful I wish there was washer dryer hook ups in unit but at least there is a laundromat on site Water and basic internet Google Fiber are included which is awesome Walls are a little thin but never had any issues with neighbors being disruptive The bus stop is right at the top of the street which was awesome for when our car broke down All over would definitely recommend this apartment to people looking for a lower cost but good quality complex more ... hide ...
