Totally appalling. Someone in my building had bed bugs, so they treated their apartment, and then apparently they went to mine. I didn't notice anything until months after the infestation. I didn't notice anything until months after the infestation. I contacted the manager when I was woken up in the dark by one crawling on me, which was when I verified I did have a bed bug issue. Weeks went by and still no one came to take care of my apartment. I got in touch with the manager again by phone, informing her I still had them and wanted an exterminator. At this point I had a terrible infestation. Me, my boyfriend, and our two children were being gnawed on by them. We had to discard our bed and our kids' beds. I put every single piece of clothing in our apartment in bags and phoned the manager once more requesting an exterminator; she said she would look into it and call me back. I waited again. No call back. So I sent her a text and asked if she had spoken to anyone. She said yes. I asked when the exterminator would come. She didn't answer. So here we are, another night in our home being bitten by these unpleasant bugs and nothing is being done. I guess I'll have to take a lawyer and take matters into my own hands. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone rent from here; they have difficulty paying the garbage bill, exterminator bill, lawn bill, and water bill. It clearly states in our agreement more ... hide ...
