Listen very carefully, avoid this complex and property management company at all costs. Both the manager Kim and her boss Janet will target you for no reason and cause unnecessary drama. Kim and the entire operation is as corrupt as they come. Has her favorites and if she does not like you will literally make up anything even if its juvenile and not relevant. This property is not under code whatsoever. Tons of insects including brown recluse and bed bug infestations! Myself and many others have been bit by brown recluses on property.
