We really liked one place, so they introduced us to the contractor who was working on it and explained the work they had done. We were pleased with the quality of their other homes, and they guaranteed this one would be the same. We were satisfied with the area and house, and trusted Todd and Devin, so we decided to buy it. They made sure all of our worries were addressed after inspection and kept in touch with us throughout the process. Setting up property management with them was a breeze and the house has been issue-free until now. Their communication is reliable and they are always accessible when we have questions. There are multiple turnkey companies in Kansas City, but you can't go wrong with KC Metro Homes. Whenever somebody asks us for a recommendation, they are always the first ones we think of.
