It would be nice to have some hallway carpet cleaning, spiderwebs in corners of the halls and bugs from outside aren€™t uncommon. I think they€™re worn thin and haven€™t been replaced in some time. Quiet, safe and nice apartments, but some updates or modernization wouldn€™t be too bad. I see a complex down the road is getting a face lift. Maintenance also doesn€™t really seem very passionate when called for repair. They do what they wanna maybe short staffed. But it€™s an okay place to live and we feel safe.more ...hide ...

Their ad mentions how much their apartments cost, but their website lists much higher prices. I sent their page a message to see which was correct. Their bot replied and gave me some options. That never happened.I call them after not hearing from them to see if they have any apartments available to tour. I made sure to mention we had a three hour drive and see what their hours were. They said they had a two bedroom available to look at.After driving three hours, I find out that their website doesn€™t actually have the correct address, but it€™s not too far off and I find the complex. After we go inside, they not only tell us they don€™t have anything available to look at, but they say they never even talked to us on the phone. They asked if we called the wrong complex. We didn€™t. The number was still saved in recent calls.I had no desire to go any farther with this company and left immediately.more ...hide ...
