Ive been at Paraclete for over 12 years. There has been a lot of improvements. The new Management is great. They have invested a great deal of up grades. Please check it out for yourself, some of the negative reviews areIve been at Paraclete for over 12 years. There has been a lot of improvements. The new Management is great. They have invested a great deal of up grades. Please check it out for yourself, some of the negative reviews are retaliation for being evicted and banned from the property. We always have the residents best interest at heart. Of course we allow service animals. We got a 97 on our REAC, which isnt s easy task for a 55 year old building. Horrible place to live not children safe the staff is rude and horrible bad environment. My first 6 months here was terrible my kids was to scared to sleep in their rooms and to scared to go outside due to people shooting my kids was outside twice caught in gun violence and once in their room sleeping bullets came through their room and woke them up and everything no they wasn€™t hurt or hit but it was a terrible feeling to know your kids can€™t even be safe outside or inside your own home . I wouldn€™t recommend these apartments to nobody ! And the manager took her time to do anything and went off of he say she say stuff around the apartment complex and the cameras was shut off the whole time so yea don€™t recommend it especially if you have kids !more ...hide ...
