The lady in the office is Jackie is rude and disregarding to correct it because she dont want to fool with the box outside. TThey are so selfish and non compassionate towards the resid8ans guest. I wish they would train those ladies on customer service skills and being honest. Jackies lied about the number she set up car my mom and the other lady said Jackie locked the box and can not correct it without technical support. My mother papay rent every month on time why do she have to be inconvenient with her guest.This is so unprofessional and just sad.more ...hide ...
