0 stars if i had the option This place is awful No maintenence is ever performed Hardly any lights work on the exterior of the buildings garages or stairs Its dark and hard to see anything at night The stairwells are dark and hard to see going up and 0 stars if i had the option This place is awful No maintenence is ever performed Hardly any lights work on the exterior of the buildings garages or stairs Its dark and hard to see anything at night The stairwells are dark and hard to see going up and down them None of the garages have working light bulbs Maybe one but its dim and on its way to burning out with the rest of them The garages are not included in the monthly rent they cost extra so you would assume changing a bulb or 50 would be something easily to maintain at 100 per month The wood stairs are dangerous they are not all nailed down and wobble Winter they are ice covered and with no lights makes it extremely difficult to get to the second floor Shame on you Pinewood Place more ... hide ...

Going on my second year here at Pinewood place apartments and I will admit that it has been the best choice I made since moving to Missouri I have nothing but great service from maintenance and the leasing office I love the fact that my childrens sch Going on my second year here at Pinewood place apartments and I will admit that it has been the best choice I made since moving to Missouri I have nothing but great service from maintenance and the leasing office I love the fact that my childrens school is up the street and that I can walk to the convenient store if I needed too Its so convenient here and thats a plus They have made me feel very welcomed and Im happy to be apart of the Pinewood family more ... hide ...
