The problem is that I pay $625 monthly for a broken AC, a non-functioning bathroom sink, and no one to fix these issues. If the maintenance man was allowed to work more than 40 hours a week, the place would be in better condition. UPDATE: After almost a year of living here, nothing has changed. I still do not have air, my bathroom sink remains broken, my kitchen floor was never fixed, and now my bathroom ceiling is collapsing. When I called again to complain, the man called me a liar and told me to text him instead, as he was busy somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will be leaving once my year is up.
