Cant get anything fixed because no manager or maintenance Been flooding in my apartment for over a week now Do not recommend this apartment complex at all

Ive lived here since 2011 Took over when my mother passed away For a few years it was alright But when I took over the apartment new management bought out the place and its been a nightmare Our ac went out during summer last year and was never fixed Ive lived here since 2011 Took over when my mother passed away For a few years it was alright But when I took over the apartment new management bought out the place and its been a nightmare Our ac went out during summer last year and was never fixed We just had a new born baby and our thermostat at one point read 95 degrees Had to wait it out till winter for the apartment to finally be cool again They renovated other apartments and moved us into a new apartment only to have even more issues and theres never any management or someone to get ahold of when theres something wrong And there is always something wrong that needs fixed Never anyone to get ahold of No one in the office here to call and no maintenance staff at all more ... hide ...

As of February 2019 Oak Tree Apartments Rolla is under new management and they are currently systematically purging residents from their homes Seniors disabled persons veterans and low income families are being thrown to the curb by this ruthless man As of February 2019 Oak Tree Apartments Rolla is under new management and they are currently systematically purging residents from their homes Seniors disabled persons veterans and low income families are being thrown to the curb by this ruthless management firm Additionally their tactics for tenant removal are ethically and morally bankrupt and borderline illegal Recommend STAY AWAY There are many other much better rental spaces in Rolla Missouri with ethical and reputable management firms more ... hide ...
