Great property nice place to live Ive been here about 15 years Great management and quick maintenance repairs

This is my first month in my third lease here at Aroya Overall the apartment complex is fine and maintenance is very helpful but the office manager could do a lot better Ive been requesting new appliances for a while now to no avail She had maintenan This is my first month in my third lease here at Aroya Overall the apartment complex is fine and maintenance is very helpful but the office manager could do a lot better Ive been requesting new appliances for a while now to no avail She had maintenance come up and take pictures still nothing I have never used the dishwasher because it is old and looks DISGUSTING We tried cleaning it but no The refrigerator knocks makes noises and leaks sometimes and the oven is old and all the burners are small It takes forever to heat a large pot The manager said maybe I can get new appliances when I renew my lease but this is literally my first month in the new lease and NOTHING I never heard back after maintenance took photos or anything I will not be renewing and if I find something else I will just pay my way out of my lease more ... hide ...

I have live here for 6yrs and I can honestly say the last 3 have been great Property Manager is always available Takes care of any issues immediately If you need a apartment this the perfect place to be
