I've stayed in this apartment on and off since 2012. Whenever new people take up positions in the office, it's as if you get used to someone and then they're gone and replaced with a new manager. At the start of winter 2018, I tested my furnace and it wasn't functioning. Instead of replacing it, they sent contractors to attempt to get it going again, but after four hours it was broken again and the temperature was dropping. I had had enough and went to the Breckenridge Health Department. By the following Tuesday, I had a new furnace and hot water tank. It was against the law to not have heat during the winter, so I want to encourage anyone in that situation to go to the health department. The maintenance staff is a joke; we've had so many of them and I'm certain that things started going missing in my apartment. I changed both locks and never gave them a key and things stopped going missing. I'm a good tenant; I always pay my rent on time and only call them when necessary. I'd recommend avoiding this apartment because you'll be unsatisfied. more ... hide ...

We lived in the same apartment from March '20 until November '21, though we weren't formally listed as tenants. There were many other tenants that came and went due to the same reasons I am about to discuss. Unfortunately, bedbugs appeared after the arrival of another tenant in August '20; despite us informing the Property Manager and temporarily relocating for them to get professional treatment, nothing was done. We had to call the police when two people (a current tenant and a former one) attempted entry into our home without permission; thankfully, Breckenridge Hills Police Department responded quickly each time we called them. Additionally, there was a homeless man sleeping in hallways that stopped coming after speaking with him; furthermore, someone else would sleep on stairs from time-to-time. For $580/month it was not worth it as there was no guarantee of a clean and secure living space - I strongly advise against living here. more ... hide ...

I have never lived here nor applied here but was looking for places in the county I realize that I may be getting better bang for my buck in the city I was looking for something more socially distanced what I found were horror stories
