The water and sewage is included in the rent. We have not paid an electricity bill over $200, and since we are night owls, we have the lights on for a lot of the night. Maintenance is included and there are laundry hookups or a laundromat to use. The complex also has a swimming pool.Cons: Maintenance is slow to respond (it usually takes a few days to address any issue). We have seen more spiders than other places we have lived, including my parents' garage. About once a month we find a brown recluse spider in our apartment. There was one instance of plumbing problems in the two years we've been here, which caused a backup in our apartment, but maintenance was quick to fix it.Finally, the appliances are not fancy. The stove looks like it's from the 90s, and the dishwasher is not much newer. But they still work just fine. This is economy housing, don't expect luxury. ;) more ... hide ...

I applied 34 months ago I gave them 100 for 2 applications I filled out for my boyfriend and I and was told October will be the soonest Ill get an answer Ive called and called no response or returned call They basically STOLE my money DONT APPLY HERE

This was my first apartment and really I thought it was a decent place Mandee is really great to work with and really cares about her tenets that take care of the property My only complaints are the appliances are pretty well dated I had soda free This was my first apartment and really I thought it was a decent place Mandee is really great to work with and really cares about her tenets that take care of the property My only complaints are the appliances are pretty well dated I had soda freezing and other items melting without touching the temp It wasnt until after I handed in my 30 day notice that they finally offered to replace it The dishwasher was also very old but it seemed to do the job My other complaint is the neighbors who seem to have to much time on their hands so they look at other peoples property I had 2 or 3 complaints about grilling on my patio even though I had an electric grill Overall it really isnt a bad place though more ... hide ...
