We have loved living here The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept The amenities are great and the complex is relatively quiet The maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and the management is very receptive Great place

Nice people working at the office When we have an issue they are quick to respond I go on walks every morning with my kids around the apartments and we feel safe Friendly neighbors The pool is always clean and the landscape always on point

I just moved out after living in two different apartments here over the last year and a half Ill share my opinion of the management the buildings themselves and the areannThe management and maintenance teams are outstanding Jeanine is like a high sch I just moved out after living in two different apartments here over the last year and a half Ill share my opinion of the management the buildings themselves and the areannThe management and maintenance teams are outstanding Jeanine is like a high school principal whos happy youre here happy to help but also makes sure everybody follows the rules If you drive through other complexes in the area then drive through Covington Place youll see the difference without even getting out of your carnnThe maintenance team was always quick to respond to any issues They fix things properly too The only thing I wasnt comfortable with was the use of outside contractors for bug spraying on 24 hours notice I didnt want some random local entering my apartment when I wasnt therennThe buildings are older but well maintained You get what you pay for You will hear the neighbors talking although you wont be able to make out what theyre saying I had to move my mattress into the kitchen for months then switch apartments because my upstairs neighbor was a night owl My neighbors in the second building had to do the same thingnnIn terms of the area everyone seems to have a story or two Personally I had to call the police to report crimes in progress twice in under two years One incident was drug related at a nearby park and the other was when I caught someone boldly sawing off the neighbors catalytic converter at 3 AM right outside our building I suppose this is part of the price you pay for the convenience of being closer to the citynnThe convenient location and excellent management are the best reasons to live here in my opinion But theres more Both my apartments were nice and clean when I moved in Laundry machines in the basement are convenient The pool and workout room are great So if you know you want to be in this area Covington Place is definitely worth checking out more ... hide ...
