Gwen is the most worse management they have had She is lazy and doesnt do her job at all when it comes to the tenants All she is worried about is doing work that her bosses tell her to do We are left on the back end so much here with this property ThGwen is the most worse management they have had She is lazy and doesnt do her job at all when it comes to the tenants All she is worried about is doing work that her bosses tell her to do We are left on the back end so much here with this property They will leave you needing appliances for months and maintenance doesnt do any work here at all really When they do work it is always something that they have to come and re fix or they just dont show up You call over to the office for maintenance help and they are clueless as to when you will get any help They want the rent but leave the tenants on the back burner Currently doing apartments but cant take care of the needs of the ones thats been here Gwen is never available and I have no clue what her assistant does Mailbox be full because they dont listen or care about messages Its beyond horrible how they do their tenants Things have went downhill tremendously since Gwen has been here They need to do more than upgrade apartments we need a whole new office change with management and maintenancemore ...hide ...

I love Etzel Place I have been a resident for 4 years now The property manger MsGwen is very professional humbled and understanding In my opinion she is the best property manager there has been I truly appreciate her professionalism

I have been living at Etzel Place Apartments since 102003 I was the first person to stay in my unit I have had an excellent experience with this property I am a mother of 5 and I have had 0 confrontations with neighbors other children nor the propertI have been living at Etzel Place Apartments since 102003 I was the first person to stay in my unit I have had an excellent experience with this property I am a mother of 5 and I have had 0 confrontations with neighbors other children nor the property manager current or past I would suggest this property to any potential tenant I would not be relocating if I didnt need more spacennAs for the other person who stated her unit was broken into she was stating the truth I have heard of several properties being broken into and cars as well I would suggest getting an alarm system which is already installed in all the units and just STAY TO YOUR DAMN SELF I did it for 9yrs We are all adults so be one and take the necessary precautions by getting an alarm on your unit and renters insurance and also car insurance full coverage I love it here Sad Im leaving more ...hide ...
