If you care about your health stay away from these apartments. Have roaches for six months because they failed to clean the unit next to me for 3 months after the tenant left. Took them 6 months to fix a flashing on the roof that was messed up causing it to leak into my bathroom every time it rained and mold problem in the attic was never addressed even though they said there was no mold but there was the mold smell in the bathroom and my family and I started getting sick more often. I finally gave up and left and they charged me 1800. The office personnel are rude and lied to me multiple times and maintenance always had an atrocities because they only have one maintenance guy working for 300 units. We moved and now haven€™t been sick at all and are in a condo which is better than the apartments Please stay away from here. There are way better apartments in the area that don€™t cost much more in rent. If I could give a zero for a rating I would havemore ...hide ...
The place is wonderful to live in but the management is terrible. They took my entire deposit because of blinds, lightbulbs, and thumbtack holes in the wall. Hundreds of dollars for normal wear and tear. When I questioned all of this, the property manager told me I was AND I QUOTE €œfilthy€. No pets and only me and my small son lived there, and we had 5+ people helping to clear and clean the place 2 weeks before I was required to be gone. Paid my rent every month for 2 years yet was treated this terribly upon move-out. It wasn€™t worth it! Don€™t stay here! They have no integrity.more ...hide ...
