Darla in the office was very rude. Even went as far as to say im a liar because SHE misunderstood something we had discussed prior about my application. Wanting to drop words like \"suspicious\" \"lying\" when no lying was ever done. Simply a misunderstanding. Easily could have been cleared up but Instead of allowing me to talk about said misunderstanding I was rudely rushed off the phone. When i tried calling back again I was hung up on. They will take all of your security deposit if you fail to clean the apartment to their specifications when you move out. Make sure you have a thorough guide on how they want it cleaned. Make sure you have a thorough guide on how they want it cleaned. I have never heard of an apartment complex taking deposits for trivial matters. I have always been meticulous when cleaning apartments upon moving out and have never had any issues. Every room was cleaned when we left, but we were still charged for cleaning each room. When you move in, thoroughly inspect every corner and document any repairs that need to be done. Be aware that the maintenance worker is quite odd and does not fix things properly; he had to come out multiple times for the same issue. They even charged us for replacing drip pans that already looked brand new. The administrator is rarely there and is not available if you need her. Obey the complex's strict rules and regulations or else you may face eviction for having visitors over. Choose another complex if you would like to live without limitations.more ...hide ...

I lived here 2 years and I hope to live here at least 20 more! I have a beautiful apartment, reasonable rent, privacy, parking and so much more. I€™m close to everything Festus has to offer.
