The tenant has the opportunity to disclose any issues with the unit after they move in and are encouraged to do so. If the unit is left with damages beyond normal €œwear and tear€ or the unit isn€™t clean, the tenant will be charged for repairs/cleaning out of their deposit. You should contact the property manager prior to moving out to discuss expectations. Rules are enforced to provide a safe, clean environment for the residents.more ...hide ...
