Property management was trash Neighbors were all disrespectful to each other Parking was legit a nightmare no matter what time of day or day of the week Most residents double park without considering others need to do the same thing themselves

Great people nothing to said have a pool pet friendly dogs area park nice neighbors and administration now we are looking to stay here in the ridge and rent a two bed apartment
I have live in a studio apartment at this complex for 35 years This was my first place to rent and I am glad I took a chance on it I put a deposit on the place without being able to look at the apartment Office staff and Maintenance have been wonderI have live in a studio apartment at this complex for 35 years This was my first place to rent and I am glad I took a chance on it I put a deposit on the place without being able to look at the apartment Office staff and Maintenance have been wonderful very polite generous and attentive My neighbors where friendly and were not nosy Maintenance was able to work with my special requests of hours working night shift and left notes for me to let me know they were in my apartment when I was not present Pool appears nice never had the opportunity to swim Very pet friendly and supply bags at the pet station Parking is decent No real problems at all Management is awesome with all my questions and able to work with me on changing my leasing terms I would highly recommend and have recommended this place to othersnOnly Con I asked about the edge of my door being fixed I could see light through the cracks a little lady bug crawling in and the draft when its chilly They said they fixed it but I have the same problem minus the bugs Didnt really bother me too muchmore ...hide ...

My wife and I have been living here for the past year and have been content thus far. Tammy, the manager, is great, as is Ike, the maintenance worker. Tammy, the manager, is great, as is Ike, the maintenance worker. If you're fortunate enough to move in, it is, by far, one of the tidiest and best places in the area for the cost. The sole difficulties we've encountered are noise issues with upstairs neighbors or defective dryer machines. A few neighbors are peculiar, but most are pleasant. I had to call the police and 911 on a few occasions when neighbors were being loud and violent (I'm fairly sure one man was hitting his girlfriend). At one point, a dryer malfunctioned and the lobby was filled with smoke, but no one seemed to care when I warned them. I had to contact the fire department. You only pay for electricity and your own internet service. Our electricity bill was quite high in the early winter, so we taped up our windows and purchased curtains (it's a building that is a century old with plenty of windows). That's basically all. All in all, a good apartment, and I recommend it. ***Since I wrote this, Tammy, the manager, was attacked by an ex-resident and resigned. To be honest, there are many inhabitants who are filthy drug addicts. We moved out and bought a house in Wichita due to that reason. It's a great apartment, but it's not in a secure area and you will have suspicious neighbors.more ...hide ...
