I havent even moved in yet and I already hate this place We applied late august and were told the waitlist was 3 months They told us the would have us moved in by early novemberdecember We would call every few weeks to ask if they had any information I havent even moved in yet and I already hate this place We applied late august and were told the waitlist was 3 months They told us the would have us moved in by early novemberdecember We would call every few weeks to ask if they had any information on a date never had a straight answer Their responses varied from there are only 2 or 3 people ahead of you so it will only be another month month and a half longer to youre sixth in line it will be another month month and a half longer December is nearing so we called again the day before thanksgiving their response we dont have a date yet call back next week Well tonight I got curious and signed in online to check the status of the process I had a notification from 16 days ago saying our move in date will be February 2023 If I would have know the waitlist was going to be 6 months long I wouldnt have wasted 300 on our applications more ... hide ...

AwfulnIts sad to see this place go downhill I have been living here for over 10 years total and what it was then is no where near how its operated now I know that COVID has affected lots of businesses and operations but what walden pond has cut back AwfulnIts sad to see this place go downhill I have been living here for over 10 years total and what it was then is no where near how its operated now I know that COVID has affected lots of businesses and operations but what walden pond has cut back on is unacceptable and unethical Constant crime on Emerson rd due to less intensive tenant screening illegally parked vehicles with no consequences and a management team with more false promises than a politician Everything from long periods to complete work orders hire more maintenance to cranky lease office workers just quit Rent keeps rising slowly meanwhile the quality takes a bottomless plummet Just the other day I tried calling emergency maintenance only to be sent to voicemail multiple times Your better off saving the money you would spend on rent here and build a shack under the bridge more ... hide ...

I have lived here 5 yrs All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable They do a great job with up keep to the outside The repair people usually will fix what ever you need in a timely manner I enjoy my time here My neighbors are all very sweet
