The current "Manager" Ashley Harris is discourteous and does not have the necessary skills to do her job. For months, I had a malfunctioning heater, leading to excessively high electricity bills, so I decided to vacate when my lease ended. I even provided Ashley with more than the required 30-day notice as per my lease agreement. Nevertheless, this unprofessional person attempted to charge me a full month's rent on a lease that had not yet taken effect. After contacting the corporate office and HUD, I was able to move out without paying any of the unfounded charges Ms. Harris had tried to levy. If I may offer advice to that "Manager," instead of telling the residents to read their lease, maybe you should read it first and gain more knowledge about what you can and cannot do. I read mine, and my deposit was returned as it should have been. Furthermore, I had to endure a leaking roof in my spare bedroom for over a year. Despite multiple complaints, pictures, and email correspondences, corporate chose the least expensive route and kept putting band-aids on it, making the problem even worse. Eventually, the ceiling plaster began falling off and revealed a moldy environment underneath. The issue had still not been repaired correctly when I moved out.more ...hide ...

The dwelling had a relatively low cost, but it was quite pleasant - with sizeable bedrooms and a dishwasher. Furthermore, it had washer/dryer hookups, which was great. However, the management was problematic from the start. Heather demonstrated friendliness and respect, while Debbie was rude and unprofessional; she treated us as if we were lower than her. Most of the other tenants kept to themselves; though, some let their children and guests run wild and were never reprimanded, as they were apparently "favorites". We observed a used needle and a knife in the playground/parking lot area, and there were regular reports of domestic violence. But in a period of difficulty, the place was acceptable and we were glad to have a place to live. It is necessary for management to tackle the crime rate, and to speak to those who allow their kids to be unsupervised and impolite.more ...hide ...

I read other reviews and its upsetting because Pam has always been there for my family, she always asks about the kiddos she genuinely cares.
