They are nice sizeParkway Village 1 & Parkway Village II apartments are built as four apartments in each building. Some apartments are one bedroom with a kitchen, dining area, living room, small hallway, storage closet. They are nice sized for one to two people. The two bedroom apartments are what you call open space where the good sized kitchen has room for a good size table & chairs, but is in an open space & access to the living room & one larger bedroom with closet & good size childrens bedroom that rooms one to two small children but if they have two teen children, bunk beds would be necessary. These apartments room four people. I lived here in 1992 & 1993 & can tell you the utilities stay reasonable at cost. The Owner uses an Apartment Manager & maintenance people to repair things. It has two laundry rooms that are nice. They keep the parking lots in good condition. They are nice, quiet apartment living. There are families that have children & of course you can hear them if they are outside playing. Not noisy though. My Mom lived here from 2001 until 2007 & Management had very good maintenance workers tend to apartment tenants. There are no infestations. They care about their tenants & made sure to use a snowblower, de-icer every time it could be slick on the pathway sidewalks. Free trash removal & water is paid. They are located beside apartment buildings owned by somebody else. Nice area of Maryville, Mo.. It is different Management now & a different owner, the parking lot needs repaired & the concrete walkways. There is a large gaping hole in the front of one apartment that was a small hole in 2001 & now, in 2019 is very large, plus the apartments need brick repair to the outside of the apartments. Water, if it rains & snows, does not drain from the ground & causes flooding on the walkways. They have asbestos.more ...hide ...

Autumn House is a very special place, its management in my opinion, and the quality of care of is residences, gets 5 stars from me! I have lived here for 2 year, became an online student in college, and I work part time Autumn House is a very special place, its management in my opinion, and the quality of care of is residences, gets 5 stars from me! I have lived here for 2 year, became an online student in college, and I work part time at McDonalds, the oats bus picks you up while you wait in the lobby and takes you any where in town for only a dollor. I love the shining in my face while sitting outside on the patio. The property grounds are immaculate, and the trees give nice shading. Autumn House is very festive, Halloween is a must see inside Autumn House, with each floor competing for the win of best decorations where everyones a winer. Christmas trees, secret Santa, and A big thanksgiving dinner. This team here at Autumn House, and all its affiliations take very good care of this place, and go beond expectation. My mother lives here too, so much compassion this management has for its residence, Ive never seen or felt anything like before. Autumn House is truly blessed.more ...hide ...
