Whoever answers the phone is RUDE Definitely does not need to be the first representation for potential residents She needs customer service training or at least be more friendly for those helping you keep your job

In my rental experience Cupples Station Loft Apartments has been the best so far I have found it easy to navigate their resident portal to pay my rent request maintenance and to update documents I have had a few maintenance requests but they have bee In my rental experience Cupples Station Loft Apartments has been the best so far I have found it easy to navigate their resident portal to pay my rent request maintenance and to update documents I have had a few maintenance requests but they have been responded to in a timely manner The leasing manager is professional and friendly Her support staff are friendly as well and always willing to help The lobby area is always clean and presentable and if any problems arise we are informed immediately The only con I have found is that the common hallways and stairwells sometimes need a little more attention but I can say that the leasing manager has tried to address this and with a little more help from my neighbors this could change more ... hide ...
