I love my apartment and the community at Old Townley Its under new management now and they are killing it Theyre clearly much more involved and eager than the last management Plus its so nice to be able to walk to the farmers market

New Management bigger problemsnnWarning perspective tenants DONT MOVE HERE This property was recently purchased yet again and the new management is TERRIBLE We have had one of our two elevators inoperable for over 4 months the front door is constaNew Management bigger problemsnnWarning perspective tenants DONT MOVE HERE This property was recently purchased yet again and the new management is TERRIBLE We have had one of our two elevators inoperable for over 4 months the front door is constantly left unlocked due to a faulty locking system the countless breakins into our garages in the secured garage are just a few of the problems ongoing here The garage itself is so unsecured that tenants dispose of large pieces of furniture in the garage and no one monitors who has left them there Our garage area looks like a city dump at the momentnnSince the new management took over they have been doing construction in vacant units nonstop littering the building construction material left in hallways for weeks ladders left in hallways tile boxes piled in corners trash stacked at entrances etc Instead of dealing with the important necessities they have gone down the road with the applying lipstick on a pig so perspective tenants see the new wall color and tiles in the lobby Meanwhile we went without internet in the building for over 6 days because they cut wires during the renovation and blamed Google Fiber for the outagennThe property has no security cameras installed and with the front door constantly unlocked they decided it was a good idea to place all residents delivery package in a newly installed shelf right by the front door so thieves can easily see what they can walk in and steal Funny enough even their shelf was reportedly stolen within 2 hours of being placed in the lobby that sent out an email to tenants announcing the theftnnThe name of the game is the blame game The tenants have no one to complain to as there is a new person in charge every other month and the new property management figures if they automate everything you cant even speak with a live person about any concernsnnIf you need further proof of the ongoing problems check our what all the tenants post on the Nextdoor app that is filled with all of their frustrationsmore ...hide ...
