They don't mend anything; air is able to enter through electrical outlets and windows, causing the utility bill to increase. There are holes in the living room carpet that lead to the outside, insects are coming through the windows, storm windows are absent, they paint over mold, and they charge you $70.00 for utilized cheap blinds that you can buy for $4.00 at Wal-mart. Dog excrement is all over, so getting to the mailbox is impossible without stepping in some. The manager (Becky) lies constantly and laughs at your issues right in front of your face; when you tell her about your problems while filing a work order, she creates fabrications, saying something is too expensive to mend or that she can't do anything about it. This place needs to be exposed and renovated immediately! Even during inspection, they ignore everything you report, not fixing anything and helping each other out. Security and maintenance are also engaging in sexual activities with some of the tenants.more ...hide ...
