I would give a ZERO out of five if I could! I am in the process of looking for an apartment and this was one of them. Before I had even moved in, I had a terrible experience. Yesterday, I went in to fill out the application and the woman (I think her name is Elvia) said I could bring the other information at a later time since I did not have it all with me. I said okay, and gave them my check because I was planning to move in. She said they couldn't run anything until they had all of the documents. I told her okay, I would bring them in. Today I called to cancel and get rid of everything because I don't want to live there anymore. The assistant manager spoke to me in a rushed way, as if not caring, and told me they had already started the process even though they were not supposed to do anything until they had all of the documents. I am not moving there due to the attitude of the staff and if anyone else is interested in living there, I would look elsewhere. more ... hide ...

I would not give these apartments a single star if I could! I had lived in this complex for a total of six years. Unfortunately, the place is outdated, has thin walls, and the staff in the office are completely unprofessional. I remained living there I would not give these apartments a single star if I could! I remained living there for so long due to the school district in the area and the rent price, which was still a tad too expensive for the current market. For the entire duration of my stay, there was only one maintenance worker who had to look after the entire complex (he was a very kind man, but he was also incredibly overworked). In the six years I was a resident, three different property managers were appointed. Most recently, I had a family emergency out of state that I couldn't avoid and was unable to renew my lease. Betty, the newest property manager, has been incredibly uncooperative throughout the exit process. She is highly unprofessional and hostile. She is unwilling to help residents during times of crisis or unexpected events. I am currently working with an assistance program to cover two months of my rent (which the program has funds available specifically for Missouri residents in situations like mine). Betty has not responded in a timely manner to the program and has even stated that if the program sends the funds to cover my rent, she will just return the check! This behavior shows that the people at the complex have absolutely no care for the residents or the community. I would strongly advise against renting from them; it's not worth your sanity more ... hide ...

After two weeks, I had yet to receive a response, so I phoned to inquire about the status. I was informed that the leasing agent (Elvia) was on vacation and would not be back until Tuesday. When I called back on Tuesday, I was told she was still away and would return on Thursday. When I asked if my application was being processed, the woman on the phone was quite brusque and did not even ask for my details. I called back on Thursday and Elvia had returned, but there was still no information about my application, even though it was now June 25th. I went to the premises today to collect my money, but no one was there. They seem to be just taking people's money and not providing any communication. They said processing would take 7-10 working days, yet I had been calling every day. The staff were incredibly impolite and unprofessional, and it was clear none of them knew what they were doing. Avoid this place and take your money elsewhere. If you can't even get in, you will probably have difficulty once you're in. They should be held accountable to the Better Business Bureau. more ... hide ...
