On the few occasions where we have had an issue with our unit arise (like a window needing resealing in one area, a screw gone missing on an appliance, etc.), the maintenance team has not only responded within hours of the notice, but typically RESOLVE the issue by the end of the day. Factor in how completely ideal this location is (2 minutes to Chick-fil-a, 4 minutes to a Wal-mart Supercenter, and 30 seconds to Smoothie King), but its also highly affordable. The internet and cable rolled into rent makes this area a real steal of deal. Were sad to say goodbye to our little townhouse here- but now we know where to refer anyone looking for a cozy, affordable place to live in Joplin.more ...hide ...
