This place is a joke So this place is owned by the kitchen but ran by Sustainable Management They have gone through TWO property managers in the last year both were fired by the way The last property manager ERIN actually had my sisters electric and This place is a joke So this place is owned by the kitchen but ran by Sustainable Management They have gone through TWO property managers in the last year both were fired by the way The last property manager ERIN actually had my sisters electric and water transferred back into Beacon Village while going through the eviction process which is ILLEGAL by the way because Sustainable Management doesnt know how to properly train property managers and will hire anybody off the street The new property manager even said that ERIN should not have done that and transferred the electric back into my sisters name Its funny how they didnt renew my sisters lease but like someone else I know personally that lives there they renew her lease every year even though she shoots up heroin and lost her kids So yes if you like to shoot heroin and do drugs then this is the place for you because your lease will always get renewed Oh lets not forget ERINS ex property mgr personnel friend that she got up in here I was visiting my sister one day and seen the SWAT team roll up to her house I have retained an attorney for my sister for Beacon Village illegally taking the utilities out of my sisters name while she was still living there I was always at my sisters duplex fixing stuff for her because maintenance would NEVER come out and repair problems Upstairs toliet didnt work for a year I had to repair numerous leaks in the ceilings from pipes leaking ect ect Maybe thats why they fired the maintenance guy when they fired ERIN a month ago Sustainable Management you all need to get your act together because honestly I wouldnt let you all manage my 6 year old daughters lemonade stand she has in the front yard The Kitchen will be notified by me an attorney and some other people well known in this community about the incompetency of your company running an apartment complex You people are ruining that place and someone else seriously needs to step in that actually knows what they are doingmore ...hide ...

This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Please be aware if you dont have bedbugs you will eventually get them. Upon moving in our Wi-Fi has yet to work. We have called Tripple S properties multiple times to have it fixed, and nothing has been done. They have given us other numbers to call, and those numbers either don€™t answer, or say they will have someone call us back, which they never do. On top of this, these properties are advertised as €œTenant only pays rent and electric€ when this is also not the case. I also have to pay an additional amount each month to cover Wifi and all other utilities. I should of never left bear village.more ...hide ...
