I just recently moved in to the Phase II of the Fox River Estates and I absolutely love it Great location in Willard Neighbors are very friendly School district is awesome Overall great place to live

At first I loved this place But as time went on I really got to really know the staff and the apartment I live in The apartments are nice and new But they have some issues My floors leak the glue they used to put the hardwood floor down They barely h At first I loved this place But as time went on I really got to really know the staff and the apartment I live in The apartments are nice and new But they have some issues My floors leak the glue they used to put the hardwood floor down They barely have any storage in the bathrooms Every time I call up here no one ever answers When I email anyone it takes forever to get a reply back The office hours arent even true They are never here during the times on the door I feel that they pick and choose who they feel like they want to live here not by the requirements I was also lead on to believe that I was going to be able to move to a duplex for over a year Then to be told we make too much more ... hide ...
