I sold my house and downsized to a duplex at Aldrich Creek Estates I could not be happier The complex is about 4 years old now very clean Maintenance is regular in fact they go above and beyond in keeping the complex clean yards mowed units sprayed I sold my house and downsized to a duplex at Aldrich Creek Estates I could not be happier The complex is about 4 years old now very clean Maintenance is regular in fact they go above and beyond in keeping the complex clean yards mowed units sprayed and filters replaced Ive had absolutely no problems with children or neighbors The complex manager is always available during office hours and very polite and friendly The units are well insulated meaning no sound from other units and very reasonable electric bills Water and trash are included in the rentnnIt had been 32 years since I had rented and I was somewhat apprehensive but I am very very pleased with my duplex more ... hide ...
