However, this has not been the case; there are residents of all ages present, including children who treat the complex like a trailer park. We have seen up to five adults living in two bedrooms with the associated issues that come with that. On top of this, we’ve had 11 different managers since its opening - some staying for weeks while others left within days - but none have sent out any memos informing us about their names or office hours. Instead, we get new “rules” along with warnings about what will happen if broken without fail. Furthermore, we are required to pay for utilities such as water and sewer which adds at least $50 to our rent and my electric bill alone is almost $100 on level pay; making it unaffordable housing for many of us here. Many have put in work orders over a year ago yet they still haven't been taken care of; inspections are announced but no one ever comes around to conduct them either. During winter weather situations such as ice or snow our sidewalks don't get cleared or salted which could lead to potential lawsuits! There is also an individual here who is verbally abusive towards others and has caused one resident so much distress that she had a heart attack resulting in her death; yet nothing has been done about it! It would be nice if when you call the office after wating several years for an apartment to open upif they could tell you where you are on the waiting list so you can decide to keep waiting or just to move on

The dwelling had a relatively low cost, but it was quite pleasant - with sizeable bedrooms and a dishwasher. Furthermore, it had washer/dryer hookups, which was great. However, the management was problematic from the start. Heather demonstrated friendliness and respect, while Debbie was rude and unprofessional; she treated us as if we were lower than her. Most of the other tenants kept to themselves; though, some let their children and guests run wild and were never reprimanded, as they were apparently "favorites". We observed a used needle and a knife in the playground/parking lot area, and there were regular reports of domestic violence. But in a period of difficulty, the place was acceptable and we were glad to have a place to live. It is necessary for management to tackle the crime rate, and to speak to those who allow their kids to be unsupervised and impolite.more ...hide ...

I read other reviews and its upsetting because Pam has always been there for my family, she always asks about the kiddos she genuinely cares. Thanks Pam for all the hard work you put in so my family can have a safe warm and cozy place to live.more ...hide ...
