Generally, I am a pleasant individual, however, many of the staff in the office have a bad attitude and lac I have been living here for a while and it has been getting worse. We have difficulty retaining a Property Manager who is invested in the job. Generally, I am a pleasant individual, however, many of the staff in the office have a bad attitude and lack the customer service and professionalism that should be expected. Communication is terrible. I telephone to check on letters that are supposed to be at my door, but no one seems to follow up with calls or emails. This would never be tolerated in a corporate environment. Garbage is everywhere and the rent keeps going up yet none of the advertised services are provided. I think that if this was a community of non-black people, there would be better community and service. Update: Even after months, my maintenance requests remain unfixed. Now our building is full of cockroaches, and management is doing nothing about it. Another tenant in the building has an issue with her smoke detector and they still won't address it. Tenants call or visit the office, but all they do is give general responses and empty promises instead of actually taking action. My advice is to steer clear of North Sarah! more ... hide ...

2021-08-17T18:55:22ZHow would a vice nobody moving to North Sarah Apartments Ive been living here over 8 years in the past 3 years has been a total disaster from management front office secretary very rude all the way down to maintenance When I report my Appliance have How would a vice nobody moving to North Sarah Apartments Ive been living here over 8 years in the past 3 years has been a total disaster from management front office secretary very rude all the way down to maintenance When I report my Appliance have went out such as my washing machine it was replaced with a used washer from a different unit the washing machine just recently went out on me and do not spend I reported it to the office ride along with my dining room area Outlet sockets do not work my doorbell do not work my alarm system is not working also I reported all of this to the office multiple times nothing has got done about it and everytime I call Im always getting someone with that attitude whos not trying to resolve my problems Im totally outraged with these apartment in a management team so I advise no one to move over here more ... hide ...
