New people took over my sisterinlaw lives there

I have been at Heritage Place for three years nowBut they changes that are being made are not good flower beds are being turned into Rocks Not that we had anyone Maintain them we did it ourself But now they are goingto fill the flower area with rive I have been at Heritage Place for three years nowBut they changes that are being made are not good flower beds are being turned into Rocks Not that we had anyone Maintain them we did it ourself But now they are goingto fill the flower area with river rocks we already have enough rocks to look at It would have looked nicer if they would have concreted the area instead of ugly Rocks Also it would be nice to have stormsceen doors insted of hanging the fly nets up rent for lowincome is high and Has been raised three times since i moved in It would have been nicer to get a good landscape company instead of making this into a tacky rock pile Many residents are unhappy about the change that is not for the better but worse It makes these Apartments look Tacky we are not allowed to Hang wind chimes they have to be on shepherd hooks no flower pots They could have used the money for river rocks and put some speed bumps in and a speed limit sign and a fence so people no longer wald through and peep into windows Window tint would be nice more ... hide ...

They have real nice places to live wish I could get into one
