To our delight, we found that this place was quite luxurious for the price we were accustomed to paying. From move-in day, we've received prompt and attentive service. We've been very pleased with our decision to stay until we purchase a house and have had no trouble with maintenance requests being answered promptly. During summer months, lawns are cut each week; in wintertime, sidewalks are immediately shoveled and salted on a regular basis - sometimes several times a day! The interior common areas are vacuumed and swept regularly so visitors feel welcome in our apartment complex. For those interested in fitness activities, there are two gyms located within the three buildings which offer excellent brand new equipment. Plus all of the appliances within units are no more than two years old! There is substantial storage space available in kitchens along with attractive granite countertops plus breakfast bar as well. Our only complaint is that they don't provide recycling pickup service at present - something which may be established soon since this is still relatively new construction - but for now one must take their recycling items to center down road themselves. The majority of people living here tend to be young professionals or college students doing internships at Dow Chemical Company; despite not having assigned parking places available at present, it's never been an issue because of size of lot available for parking purposes plus numerous sidewalks connecting neighborhood areas making it nice area to more ... hide ...
