Firstly, we have had 3 different property managers in the course of our stay here and currently don't have one for the past month, despite being told that a new one would be appointed over a week ago. Secondly, we were told in January that the buildings siding and windows would be replaced in the foreseeable future. To our surprise, the siding was removed a few weeks later with no prior warning and whilst we were away for the weekend, leaving holes in our walls during the coldest weather. The construction is still not finished. Thirdly, due to the construction, workers kept entering our apartment without notice, despite my attempts to report it. I was only able to stop this from happening when I told the property manager I would call the police for trespassing if he entered again without notifying me. Lastly, when the siding was removed, some of it fell onto my bird feeder and despite my insistence that it would be fixed or replaced, it never was. This was a $40 item and the siding removal also caused flooding in my basement which damaged some of my personal belongings, costing me an additional $25. For the last 2 years we have had problems with our air conditioning unit There is a leak in it somewhere so we have to get it refilled with freon every 23 weeks We were told we would be getting a new one and yet still have not and it has yet again ru For the last 2 years we have had problems with our air conditioning unit There is a leak in it somewhere so we have to get it refilled with freon every 23 weeks We were told we would be getting a new one and yet still have not and it has yet again run out of freon Also they are currently and have been since November of last year redoing the siding Ok great fine we needed it but to have the entire complex dark all the time is NOT safe And leaving my house to go to work since Im a 3rd shifter is the absolute worst We dont currently have a front porch light due to them redoing the siding and we dont have any lights at all in the complex I have been here 5 years just resigned my lease for starting August 1st and we have seen 4 or 5 different people in the office Mitch so far was the one making anything happen And sadly Mitch has left this complex more ... hide ...

We love it here Weve been here for almost three years We are a samesex couple with a threeyearold There have been a handful of office managers since we moved in the latest and has been here the longest is Calise Shes awesome Business woman attitude a We love it here Weve been here for almost three years We are a samesex couple with a threeyearold There have been a handful of office managers since we moved in the latest and has been here the longest is Calise Shes awesome Business woman attitude and also very personable She does her job well She is also a manager of other properties so she isnt always in the office However she will happily give out her cell phone number so we can reach her anytime including a lockout after hours on a FridaynMaintenance in the past has been questionable But since weve had Zac things have been great Weve had to wait maybe up to a week for an unimportant repair but a lockout he was there in minutes Recently we had water pressure issues he checked it out ended up having to repair several things He worked until everything worked exactly as it should Much of this being done after hoursnWe have lived in 4 apartments in the last 9 years and this is by far the quietest Weve lived next to children almost the entire time we have been here and very seldom do we hear them We have a toddler and nobody has complained about us either Its amazing that we can be next to a fire department a school and less than a mile from Saginaw Hwy and feel like we arent in the middle of a city But then only have to go a mile to grocery shop Great locationnAlso remember when reading other reviews I was surprised to see all the negativity if you approach the complex manager with respect you will be respected in return people who pay the correct rent on time always arent the ones leaving negative comments there is only one repair person and many people living here Nobody can be in more than one place at a time Be patient they will get to younDont break the rules think before you do things respect everyone pay your rent on timenWe feel safe here we feel good about raising our daughter here Best place weve lived more ... hide ...
