This is one of the worst places to live in Jackson. It used to be a good deal, despite the dirty neighbors and the occasional disturbance, but now it has become unbearable. The rent has been raised without any renovations done to the apartments, whic This is one of the worst places to live in Jackson. It used to be a good deal, despite the dirty neighbors and the occasional disturbance, but now it has become unbearable. The rent has been raised without any renovations done to the apartments, which lack lights in the bedroom/living room and have appliances that barely work (my refrigerator door has tape on it). Paint is splattered everywhere it shouldn't be and nothing is ever fixed properly. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next apartment. The gate is always open on at least one side and everyone's cars have been broken into! They claim to have security and a courtesy officer that is never seen. The office staff changes constantly and keeps getting worse. The new manager is unprofessional and rude. They prioritize getting new tenants rather than keeping the existing ones. I complained about the wiring problems almost causing my apartment to burn down last month, and no one has done anything about it yet. They don't care about their tenants' safety or comfort. They renovate the apartments from 7am to late at night, as if no one has to work. DO NOT RENT HERE. THESE IDIOTS DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS! more ... hide ...
