Horrible Management thats NEVER on site & NEVER reachable until its time to collect rent. Theres people that have been living there for OVER 12 years that take up MOST parking spaces with up to 4 cars per household. Some buildings have continuous plumbing issues that are patched up. Improperly working entryway doors to buildings, NO screens on windows, Noisey hallways (children play in them) and electrical hazards.
