It is horrible and lots of black mold and have mice Really horrible and not a Safe area Dont trust the manager such a lier and can only have one parking spot and you have to pay 35 dollars for another parking spot Horrible

Rosedown is a tranquil and spotless community to inhabit. The floor plans provide a decent selection, the water pressure is excellent, most of the people are respectful and well-mannered, and parking for visitors is plentiful. The floor plans provide a decent selection, the water pressure is excellent, most of the people are respectful and well-mannered, and parking for visitors is plentiful. The office is open daily, and the staff are polite and obliging. The playground gives children a place to play. The pool and workout room offer adults a place to unwind. The laundry is kept neat and working. Additionally, the area is free from the obvious use of drugs, so you won't be bothered by the odor of narcotics or observe discarded cigarettes on the ground. Inside, you don't hear noise from the neighbors. The insulation of the apartments is remarkable! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that covered parking isn't controlled so that households with two or more cars don't take more than one space. Some tenants take advantage of this terribly by occupying two or more spaces. That needs to be rectified so that each home has the chance to park under one covered spot. Furthermore, visitors to the apartments should park in the uncovered spaces only. It's very discouraging to see one household take two or three covered spaces. That should change.
