We have lived here since 2016 When we first moved in we had no air for a week and also dealt with a bad mouse problem Fast forward to the year of 2020 and a fire breaks out which they do not compensate us anything for the things we lost in Y building We have lived here since 2016 When we first moved in we had no air for a week and also dealt with a bad mouse problem Fast forward to the year of 2020 and a fire breaks out which they do not compensate us anything for the things we lost in Y building They move us to W building and they do not regularly have pest control come by causing roaches and bed bugs to spread throughout that unit We currently have no air The roof leaked in our home for 3 months The leasing lady continued to lie about sending people to fix it I would never recommend these apartments to anyone They wont answer the phone whenever we call about problems in the out apt Please whatever you do do not come and stay here And they love raising rent while leaving tenants in horrible conditions more ... hide ...

The parking lot was HORRIBLE u have to drive 2 mph to avoid car and tire damage the potholes were veryyyyyyyyyy HORRIBLE and nowhere to park

The address is really 1595 W Highland DrnJackson MS 39204nThis is by far the very worst place Ive ever stayed in my whole entire life Ive lived in places from Louisiana to Chicago to Michigan and Texas but this place is the WORSE Ive had problems sin The address is really 1595 W Highland DrnJackson MS 39204nThis is by far the very worst place Ive ever stayed in my whole entire life Ive lived in places from Louisiana to Chicago to Michigan and Texas but this place is the WORSE Ive had problems since Ive moved in the apartment they show and that are on the pictures are all a lie Ive been complaining about my heating and cooling unit since before February and its still not working properly it constantly runs and never goes off even when its set on 73 it doesnt reach the temperature so it constantly going and going and going The owner fires any workers who actually try to help tenets and assist with the problems but he doesnt want to spend the money to make the fix things properly so he fires them and claim that hes heard nothing about things needing to be fixed So you have this revolving door of people coming in and getting fired or quitting because of his lack of care and concern about the tenets or building and you always have to start back at square one when someone new comes in and Barry claiming that he NEVER hears about anything so in the end nothing ever get done Even though youre having to make adjustments and pay extra on bill because of his negligence to fix things properly he still requires you to pay a full months rent even though you arent able to fully use your living space adequately because of his refusal to fix things properly If I had the money to make the proper move I would have been left because I came here to move closer to my job which I work tirelessly everyday to help people throughout the Mississippi area who are donating blood and I just want to come to my place of residence and be comfortable and relax so that when Im working I can probably serve my people without feeling tired and sluggish after fighting for air at night because my unit is broken If I had known the things I know now I would have bypassed this place 100 times over and I wouldnt wish this place on my worse enemy There is no coded gate and its open to everyone which it wasnt before but the gate stopped working not long after I moved here and Barry still neglects to even do something as simple as fixing the coded gate to help residents instead you get a car with a cardboard with a spray painted sign at the exit gate to tell you to go to the other gate and at the other gate you mostly have a man and his girlfriend just standing there mostly just conversing with the other residents that stay closer to the gatesmh more ... hide ...
