I spent 17 years in an abusive relationship decided to finally end it rented from housing authority in poplarville and picayune supposed to have been protected by the VAWA act yet not protected from my abuser resulting in eviction from both apartments within 4 months A protection order would do me no good Upon calling police he flees no case Violations were his fault He paid others to come and fire gun in my apartment stole my key to have access forcing me to barricade myself for protection Violations kept piling up He would call the housing authority office to report things just to get me kicked out leaving me no other option but go back to his house Then physically stops me from leaving Threatens my life and anyone who helps me daily Sugared my car Took my 2 kids wont let me see them unless i go to his house When i do go to see kids i face sexual abuse emotional physical financial abuse etc He has multiple domestic violence charges on his record He is very skilled and dangerous My proof of income is my childs disability checking account first national bank In the process of getting birth cert and ss card ordered as he gave everything i own away Im over my head and need help I have no resources to get on my feet I know this is a long shot but im reaching out for help hoping this reaches the right person who might understand or be able to help Please respond
