MY DOG PASSED AWAY BECAUSE OF MAINTENANCEnnIf I could give a flat zero I would From the day I got there the leasing consultant was ghetto and loud First off I had a major leak in my wall that was not fixed before I came My apartment was not cleaned bMY DOG PASSED AWAY BECAUSE OF MAINTENANCEnnIf I could give a flat zero I would From the day I got there the leasing consultant was ghetto and loud First off I had a major leak in my wall that was not fixed before I came My apartment was not cleaned before I came so I had to clean it myself fast forward to my dog I left to go to store I was only in this apartment for two days at this point I get a call saying my dog ran away I was told by the maintenance guy that the plumbing guy came into my apartment after him with out letting me know and left my door open it took me 20 minutes to get back Nobody went looking for him My mom and I went looking for him in the apartment complex and an HOUR went by before we were notified that he went outside of the complex on to the street So we went that way and still couldnt find him After two days of looking he was pronounced deceased on the highway near the complex To be clear my dog was a service emotional support dog and in the lease it states that special dogs do not have to be in a cage Also as I stated I was not aware of maintenance entering my apartment Throughout the next couple weeks following maintenance continue to enter my apartment without letting me know Rewind back to the day my dog escaped the plumber never fixed the leak but they other maintenance guy entered my apartment to take a fridge off of my balcony because people have been stealing appliances from the apartment This place is very unsafe smells bad and terrible staff and the environment feels very depressing Staff was very defensive about my situation I asked for a lost dog email to be sent out to all residents at least it was never sent out They didnt care DO NOT STAY HERE Its already over priced for the area and qualitymore ...hide ...

Horrible Management thats NEVER on site & NEVER reachable until its time to collect rent. Theres people that have been living there for OVER 12 years that take up MOST parking spaces with up to 4 cars per household.
