I just move here from a mold infested apartment in another complex in Pascagoula From what I can tell this is one of the best in Pascagoula Its quiet mostly Especially compared to the complex I was in south of 90 Yes there is trash in the parking lot I just move here from a mold infested apartment in another complex in Pascagoula From what I can tell this is one of the best in Pascagoula Its quiet mostly Especially compared to the complex I was in south of 90 Yes there is trash in the parking lot however I believe that is on the people in the other buildings Every time I have asked for maintenance to fix something they done it quickly The apartment is nice comfortable and has a lot of room I have fairly new appliances in my apartment which is a huge step up from the circa 1960 appliances I delt with at the other complex The available storage in these apartments is amazing I was finally able to unpack all of my things We love it here more ... hide ...

Horrible new management with no contact number No one is ever available Im locked out right now and its the weekend Please inform tentants of changes and get THE PHONE BACK ON IMMEDIATELY

I love the location and the apartment but get things fixed sucks My refrigerator is one big Freezer and it leaking water My hall bathroom sink been dripping since Ive moved in and I have to pay the water bill so it need to be fixed My air conditioner I love the location and the apartment but get things fixed sucks My refrigerator is one big Freezer and it leaking water My hall bathroom sink been dripping since Ive moved in and I have to pay the water bill so it need to be fixed My air conditioner has to ran on 69 in order for it to cool off some and my roof leaks I hate to move all my stuff back out of here but when you are paying rent and you cant enjoy your place then whats the point Im seriously considering breaking the lease because i cant get anything fixed in here more ... hide ...
